As a therapist with a background in yoga and sound healing, I integrate mind-body practices to support women in moving out of overthinking and into a deeper connection with themselves.

In our work together, I focus on helping you:

• Stay present when your body feels activated or overwhelmed
• Release stress and tension stored in the body
• Set boundaries that feel clear, grounded, and self-honoring
• Build relationships that feel more mutual, safe, and supportive

My approach is relational, somatic, and collaborative. This means we’re not only talking through your experiences—we’re also working with how they show up in your body and in our interactions in real time.

Sessions include grounding practices, reflective prompts, and tools you can use in your daily life so the work extends beyond the therapy room.

I’m intentional about creating a space that feels warm, nonjudgmental, and culturally attuned, where you don't have to over-explain your experience to feel understood.
