PLEASE READ - I can only see clients who currently reside in North Carolina and South Carolina due to licensure.
Antonique Jones (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who works with women navigating identity, transition, and the quiet sense that something in life is shifting.
Many of her clients are used to being strong, capable, and dependable. They show up for others, hold everything together, and keep moving forward. But internally, something feels off. They may feel disconnected from themselves, unsure of what they want, or aware that they have outgrown parts of their life but do not yet know what comes next.
Antonique creates space for that in-between.
Her work focuses on helping clients slow down, reconnect with themselves, and begin to understand who they are outside of survival, expectations, and roles they have carried for years. She integrates narrative therapy, somatic awareness, and Brainspotting to support clients in processing what they have been through while also making space for who they are becoming.
She works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, and self-doubt. She holds particular care for Black women in high-capacity roles who feel caught between who they have been and who they are becoming.
Clients who work with Antonique are not looking to be fixed. They are often looking for clarity, alignment, and a deeper sense of connection to themselves.
This is a space to come back to yourself, at your own pace.
