I have experience providing individual and group therapy in a variety of settings including private practice, hospitals and schools. I believe that everyone has the ability to live a life where they can feel fulfilled, regardless of what obstacles and challenges life has thrown at them! I use a humanistic, person-centered approach to therapy. I aim to help you have a better understanding of your feelings and experiences so that you can become a stronger, healthier you. Every person is different, and therefore, I use a variety of treatment approaches to best support my clients including Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Solution Focused Brief therapy.
