Life-changing events are happening everyday of our life whether good or bad. I believe there are three fundamentals that are necessary in achieving mental healthiness. They are self-love, purpose, and value; without these attributes this could bring about some form of mental discord. I specialize in working with people who are striving to live a more meaningful life consisting of internal healing. I treat individuals who struggle with anger, depression, PTSD, self-esteem, trauma, other everyday life issues, and interpersonal concerns. Clients are unique individuals with different needs. Therefore, you are the expert of yourself.
