Hi, I’m Camille, and I have a question for you.
What would your perfect day look like? Not the “barely-getting-by” day or the “taking-care-of-everyone-else” day, but the kind of day where you wake up feeling at peace, where your decisions feel clear, and your life feels like yours. If you’re not sure what that looks like yet—or if you’ve started to wonder if it’s even possible—I want you to know something: it’s okay not to have all the answers. That’s what I’m here for.
I’m Camille Black, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and mother of twins, and I specialize in helping Black women navigate the transitions and challenges of life with clarity, confidence, and compassion. Whether you’re adjusting to motherhood, trying to balance your career and personal life, or healing from old wounds that still weigh you down, my goal is to create a space where you can feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward.
My approach to therapy is equal parts supportive and intentional. I combine culturally affirming, trauma-informed care with techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to reframe self-limiting beliefs, Brainspotting and EMDR to heal from deeper emotional pain, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you focus on what truly matters to you. I also incorporate mindfulness practices to help you find peace and stillness, even on the hardest days.
I offer flexible scheduling because your life is already full enough. If you’re ready to imagine something better—or if you just want to figure out what’s next—I’d be honored to walk this journey with you. Let’s start building the life you deserve.
