As a licensed therapist with over 8 years of experience, I’ve supported clients through challenges such as depression, grief, ADHD, and the lasting effects of emotional and physical abuse. I also have extensive experience working with Black communities, helping clients process the impacts of racism, social injustice, and micro- and macro-aggressions in professional and personal spaces. In addition, I work closely with LGBTQ+ individuals and couples, creating an affirming environment to explore identity, relationships, and mental health with sensitivity and care. My goal is to honor your lived experiences while equipping you with tools to thrive in environments that may not always feel supportive.
