I am a licensed clinical social worker and founder of Collaborative Counseling Services, where I support women in healing from trauma, managing anxiety and depression, and navigating the weight of life’s many transitions. I am especially passionate about creating a space where Black women feel safe, understood, and free to show up fully without judgment. My work is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in helping clients move from simply surviving to living with greater peace, confidence, and clarity. Using approaches such as EMDR, CBT, ACT, and IFS-informed therapy, I help clients process difficult experiences, build healthier patterns, and reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways.
