I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and the owner of Healing Journey Counseling Center. Healing Journey Counseling Center was created for millennial women and teen girls that are ready to start their healing journey. It can be healing from childhood trauma, break-up, mother-daughter issues. I also work women that are trying to navigate through life but are struggling with depression, anxiety, or stress.

I believe that you are the expert of your life. I will not tell you what to do or give you advice. I will help you identify negative thought processes or feelings that may be holding you back. I will teach you how to look at situations from another perspective. I do not use any specific therapeutic approach. I use a variety depending on your needs. I know starting therapy can be a scary process. I will work with you to create a safe and trusting environment. I will answer questions and guide you through your healing journey.
