Sometimes we want to transform our lives, but are unsure of where to start. I believe that change comes from curiosity and compassion. We will explore who we are, at our core, and who we want to be. The relationship we have with ourselves is the foundation for every other aspect of our lives. Nurturing this relationship allows us to create the life and love that we want. We have the power to write our own stories.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, identity, attachment and trauma. I support clients who are experiencing challenges related to relationship and career satisfaction, self - worth, academic challenges, imposter syndrome, fear of failure (or success), relationship anxiety, and life transitions.
I blend therapy modalities with life coaching practices to create a unique balance of action and exploration. Together, we create a plan of action to practice skills outside of session and evoke long - term change. I use a mixture of Person - Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Attachment Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy.
I approach sessions with humility, warmth, and authenticity. Our therapeutic relationship is bidirectional; we learn from each other and grow from our work together. Together, we will build a relationship where it's safe to unmask the parts of ourselves we normally hide.
