My name is Ryan Ross, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of California. I began my collegiate career earning an Associate’s Degree in Sociology from Grambling State University in Louisiana. I would later receive a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Bakersfield. After seeing the need to help others in the community I attained my Master’s Degree in Social Work from California State University, Bakersfield as well.
I am a wife and mother of a blended family. I have had the pleasure of working with youth, adolescence, teens, adults, and families with stressors associated with bullying, school pressures, COVID-19, trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral modification, suicide awareness groups, anger management, grief, and self-harm behaviors. I take pride in working with the youth as they are the beacons of our future. I have learned to meet children where they are at focusing on build rapport through various engagement styles.
