I have both a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and a Bachelors of Social Work from Eastern Michigan University and a Masters of Social Work with a Clinical Concentration in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Minor in Substance Use Treatment from Wayne State University.
As a clinician who has been working with individuals, familes, and couples for more than five years, I have developed a person-centered approach, which I apply to my practice. I pay close attention to your needs based on my observation during our session. In a more technical viewpoint, I utilize Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Psycho-dynamic approaches to help you discover and meet your goals.
Prepare to grow in our sessions as we learn from each other the better ways to communicate with people, build empathy, gain insight, enhance emotional IQ, and increase listening skills.
