Instead of freezing, try:
📍Prioritizing

Focus on the most critical tasks and let go of non-urgent ones.

📍Breaking Tasks Down
Divide big tasks into smaller, manageable steps.

📍Practicing Self-Care
Get enough sleep, eat balanced meals, and make time to recharge.

📍Seeking Support
Talk to friends, family, or a therapist to share the load and gain perspective.

Remember, feeling overwhelmed is a signal from your body and mind that you need to pause, regroup, and adjust your approach. Take it one step at a time.
